Adolescent Charm

As an insane Disney/Pixar-phile, I have always wanted to write a song for an animated film (anyone with connections to John Lasseter?). I got a chance a couple years ago to compose a soundtrack for an animated short, Adolescent Charm directed by Matthew Tardiff. After coincidentally typing my name in Google, I discovered that this film was posted on YouTube!

  1. Hi Emma . Just watched Adolescent Charm. Very funny and your soundtrack was awesome. Who knows, in 5 years time your music will be featured on most Oscar winning movies.

  3. yeah Nathaniel, the animation and story are student grade even though it wasn't a student project. It was my first attempt at a short. But the music is awesome and I learned a lot from it's creation. Emma Rocks.

  4. As always, Emma, wonderful music. As for the movie, I thought it was perfectly charming and fun, just what it promised to be. And, Matthew, if this really is your first video, I must say that you have a great talent for animation. Please don't stop! And, Emma, it goes without saying (as I am, after all, following your blog) please don't stop either!
