Do You Remember the Famous Men Who Had to Fall to Rise Again?

I've been quite overwhelmed with several sections of my life... baby planning, music, etc., so often what's in order is a good Fred and Ginger moment. This moment is particularly inspiring! *

And here is the completely perfect dance that follows (and how adorable is her dress?!).

*For those of you who haven't seen this gem of a film, Fred Astaire has just signed up with Ginger Rogers for a dancing lesson and is pretending he doesn't know how to dance...

P.S. Feel free to follow me! I promise only ever to lead you to bright, sunny places!
P.P.S. I have a brand, new original album out! If you download it and looooove it, please write a lovely review on the site from which you purchased it!

  5. awww... I love Fred and Ginger! Also, that's one of my most fave songs!! (Pick Yourself Up) That and They All Laughed. Totally cheers me up when I'm blue.

Hope you find perfect direction and clarity in whatever might be stressing you out these days dear Emma... so great to find solace in music right?

  7. Pick Yourself Up is one of my favourite F&G songs - like Gabbi, They All Laughed is up there as well. So upbeat and fun to listen to!

Hope all is well with you Emma :0 xx

  8. I love these! The song is one of my favorites and the dance is one of my all-time favorites (although, to be fair, I have a lot of those). I hope everything gets sorted out very very soon!! And I agree, Fred and Ginger often have a magical effect on stressful moods.
