Music for A Summer Evening: CéU

I'm half Brazilian, which in the music world (much like the soccer world) is something to be exceedingly proud of. There is a wealth of brilliant musicians, composers, songwriters and singers from Brazil - including my blog feature, CéU. She combines sultry Brazilian rhythm with a bit of bluesy soul. I find her music to be the perfect summer soundtrack! I begin to enjoy the sweltering Florida heat with her music playing- it makes me feel like it's hot on purpose.

If you like this one, you should check out her whole self-titled album. Bobagem, 10 Contados and Ave Cruz are three of my favorites!

P.S. Feel free to follow me! I promise only ever to lead you to bright, sunny places!
P.P.S. I have a brand, new original album out! If you download it and looooove it, please write a lovely review on the site from which you purchased it!

An Exclusive Song. Wow!

I've been playing around on my GarageBand software (while working industriously on pre-recording) and recorded this fun little song. I was in the mood for summer and it sounds a little summery, no?
