Music on Breaking Amish!

Both songs were played during Kate scenes.  :o)

So, I had not one but TWO songs placed on TLC's show Breaking Amish!  I have my songs in Getty Images music library and they picked out Exceed My Expectations and Alice in Wonderland!  How completely and utterly awesome is that?  Pretty awesome.

Let's Make Some Noise...

So, as you can see in the above video that I've casually posted pretty much everywhere I can post a video,  I am learning (or is it okay to say, "have learned?") the ukulele for some songs in my next record.

It is one of the most exciting things ever to learn a new instrument.  On my want-to-learn list (at the very, very top) is accordion.  I would like to learn the drums too, though.  And the viola would be awesome.

How about you?  Any instruments you've always wanted to learn?  Or, maybe even, are currently learning?

Or Like the First Time Bonnie and Clyde Held Up a Bank... Song Sketch

Here is a fanvid someone made with the original. Yay, Jane Austen!

I had the opportunity to work with producer Dan Garcia for my first EP, Alice in Wonderland. He also did some different versions of the songs in A Reason to Stay Up All Night; here is the alternate version he did of Exceed My Expectations - what do you think?

If you would like a copy of this song for you, just let me know in a comment! If it's your first request, please leave your email address as well.

P.S. Feel free to follow me! I promise only ever to lead you to bright, sunny places!
