I hope everyone had a marvelous Thanksgiving in the States and a wonderful Thursday everywhere else!

Turkey Doesn't Make You Sleepy... And Other Seasonal Info

I read that the tryptophan in turkey isn't really what makes you sleepy after a Thanksgiving feast; it's the excess amounts of carbs you tuck away. Interesting, no?
